With over a decade of experience spanning administration, procurement, logistics, and corporate event planning—and six years leading operations and strategic planning in the tech sector—Shena brings deep, real-world expertise to every engagement.

After supporting top-tier organizations like Apple, Meta, and Intel, she launched S.E.R. Remote Consulting in 2021 to bring that same level of excellence to small businesses and startups. We understand what it takes to build efficient systems, manage growing workloads, and deliver high-impact results with limited resources. Our services also extend beyond operations—we manage corporate events, coordinate retreats, and handle vendor relationships to keep your business running smoothly.

Shena holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Development and Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Kean University. She also earned a graduate certificate in Management Consulting, has completed formal project management training, and is currently pursuing her PMP certification.
