S.E.R. Remote Consulting is a minority, woman, and veteran owned service company created by founder Shena, who holds more than 10 years of administration and corporate event planning in addition to 6 years of operations and strategic planning in the tech space.
Founded in 2021 after supporting several well-known tech companies, this organization was created to support small businesses and startups by providing fundamental organization development, and administrative support to start ups who may not be ready to fully commit to a long term staff member to provide these services.
In addition to administrative support, S.E.R. Remote Consulting also specializes in corporate event planning, team building offsite planning, as well as managing 3rd party services with vendors and consultants.
Educational Experience
Owner and operator, Shena holds an MPS in organizational development and change from Penn State University and a BS in international business from Kean University.
Shena also holds a graduate certificate in management consulting as well as formal training in project management, and is pending her PMP certification.
